Union Pacific’s Big Boy #4014 is the world’s largest operating steam locomotive. 4014 was built in 1941 to conquer to steep grades of the Wasatch Mountains. This 1.2 million pound giant is currently making its coast to coast tour to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary.
